Working with the general public and sportspeople, Henrietta’s style of dynamic yoga, Embodied Resilience and Kinetic Therapy can be undertaken by anyone at any level. The philosophy lies in guiding her clients into becoming intimate with their own bodies (mind/body integration) and their own experience. Her passion is in educating people into a Somatic experience, trusting their bodies to tell them what they need and don’t need at any given moment.
