Delivery and Returns


The Rising Signs HQ and Warehouse are based in Jersey, Channel Islands and we offer FREE deliveries to all local residents up until the end of the year (this usually takes 3 working days). 

If you are based in the UK, Isle of Man or any of the other Channel Islands, we’ll send your delivery using standard post. This means it should reach you within 3-5 working days after confirmation that your order has been dispatched. 

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to deliver outside of these areas but are working on this, and hope to be available to deliver our beautiful products across Europe soon!

Important Note: Some products are promoted as pre-orders, these will be sent out at the time stated within in the product description. Please ensure you take note of this date on purchasing.


All items can be returned if you are not 100% happy with them. 

If you have a problem with any of our products please email us at to let us know the issue. If you find the product to be damaged, faulty or not what was described on the website please ensure that you notify us soon as you can. We will attempt to get back to you within 48 hours.

If you are returning a product for any other reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will only be accepted if we are notified and the products are returned within 14 days of delivery. Should any packages not make it back to us, we will require proof of postage to continue with the refund process.

Once returned products are received at our warehouse (in their original condition and packaging) a refund will be made. This process can take up to 7 days from receipt of the return. We do not refund the original postage costs.  

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery
  • Please notify us of damaged or faulty products within 48 hours of delivery
  • Returns postage will be paid by the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty

A quick note regarding our crystals - before any of our crystals leave the warehouse they are cleansed with sage, left to clear on a selenite charging platform and infused with good intentions, so chances are you will love every single one of them. As crystals are a very personal product, we understand how important it is that you resonate with it; if you feel you don’t, you can send them back for exchange. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
