She took her yoga to a deeper level back in 2006, when she ‘took her first steps into the truly fascinating world of Chakra Yoga. With her skills and limitless capacity for learning and growing, Julie has healed her own body using her experiences and knowledge in practice and passes this on passionately to her students and clients.
With a background in working with adults and children with special needs, Julie has a masterful listening ability and a sincere interest in helping people heal themselves. Supporting people as they go through their own journey with wellness, Julie works with the practices she has honed and benefited from.
